Care: We take every precaution to leave your home exactly the way we found it. In some cases, your safe may be in a difficult location to remove. We’ll cover every surface we might come in contact with, such as walls, floors, or fixtures, cover your delicate thresholds with steel plates, remove doors, or peel back carpet if necessary, and we’ll always return it to the state we found it in, if not better. Whether you are a celebrity or a blue collar worker, we treat your property with the same respect and diligence as we would our own.

Confidentiality: Your privacy is our top priority. We believe the best line of defense against a home invasion is keep the contents of your home a secret, including the presence of a safe. We never discuss or imply to anyone else what items are being delivered to your home. When our work is done, our copy of your information is completely destroyed, including your name, address, and phone number. This ensures that no one can use our records to target you.

Safety First: Safety is our first concern when we arrive at your home. We’ll assess the safety of the floors and stairs to make sure it can handle the weight of your safe, and we’ll reinforce stairways or floors as needed.  

Equipment: Our top of the line equipment is one of the many things that set us apart from our competition. If your unwanted safe needs transported up or down stairs, our Crawler, with its tank-like tracks, can traverse stairways safely and easily without damaging your carpets or floors. We also use Ultralift mechanical dollies that help us maneuver your safe in a controlled fashion.
